Setting up a fax line with a traditional VoIP provider was frustrating to say the least, and the documentation was non-existent. At T38fax.com, they had full documentation on how to set up our ATA with their trunks. I was impressed to say the least. And Stefanie was great at answering questions and getting our lines ported.

Sam helped find the root cause and suggested a specific firmware version for my SPA112, as well as enabling echo cancellation. Once the new firmware was loaded, everything just works.
