Interoperability Partners
Your customers need a fax carrier that actually works. That's us. Join the T38Fax Interoperability Program and give them a SIP trunk you can recommend with confidence.
The Interoperability Program
If your product supports T.38 Fax over IP, your customers are going to ask you which carrier to use. That question matters more than it sounds — most SIP providers pass T.38 through their network and hope for the best. We built Power-T.38 specifically to terminate and originate T.38 sessions reliably, and we've been doing exactly that since 2002. When you certify with T38Fax, you give your customers a carrier they can actually depend on — and you can say that from experience.
Our interoperability program includes rigorous, protocol-level testing of your device or software against our network. When your product passes, we publish configuration guides in our Knowledge Base and announce the certification publicly. Your customers get a known-good setup. Your support team stops guessing. And your product appears on our partners list alongside the equipment and software we've staked our reputation on.
A carrier you can stand behind
Most fax problems trace back to the carrier, not the equipment. Power-T.38 was purpose-built for fax — not adapted from a voice network. When you certify with us, you're recommending something that actually works. Your customers will notice the difference, and so will your support queue.
Configuration guides, not support headaches
Once your device is certified, we publish a step-by-step configuration guide in our Knowledge Base. Your customers can connect without guessing, and if something comes up, our engineers — not a tier-one script — answer the support ticket. Less escalation to you. More confidence for them.
Published certification your customers can find
Your certification gets a dedicated blog post and a permanent listing on our partners page. When a customer searches for setup instructions or wants to verify compatibility before they buy, the documentation is there. It's a credibility signal that shows up when it matters.
